Iberruedas sponsors the "Lean Factory School", a Bonfiglioli Consulting initiative in partnership with EasySae.

The initiative consists of two-day courses, held monthly, whose participants will be able to:
- Understand Lean techniques and principles by putting them into practice
- Work in a real production environment with an actual product
- Experience what continuous improvement is, through incremental results over the two days
- Learn the principles of team-learning and team-building by applying them to real problems
